results of my follow up today - 29/4/15

ALHAMDULILLAH, heart beat and BP k also reduce medicine, next follow up will be another month.
For each stent to properly merge and functioning well in the artery/vein requires 3 to 4 months, meaning to say this first 6 months is important for the proper placement and functions of the stents.

Yang penting

• jaga makan, kurangkan or elak makanan berminyak
• senaman ringan 
• jangan lupa makan ubat cair darah terutama ya COPLAVIX
• juga jgn lupa makan supplements untuk lebih baik dan detox

INSYAALLAH akan jaga sebaik mungkin supaya x perlu masuk wad, buat bypass dan stenting lagi dan tidak bergantung pada ubat.

hari ni ada dry test di DOT2 , hopefully semua in order or else contractor got to rectify the problems.
Will get transport to go there..

Just guna filler gauge btw sill and guide to check for gaps.

check up with doc

28/4/15 ada check up dgn doctor and hopefully vv postive results and can reduce and minimise the medicines i take for this 1st month. Only leave 1 or 2 medicines for my heart, blood and cholestrol. Will detox with natural supplement by SHAKLEE. ALHAMDULILLAH have the required products and will add to my existing one..

Next weekend , inshaaALLAH nak balik Ipoh, dah more than 1 month x balik sbb masaalah kesihatan, rindu dah rumah tumpah darah tu dan ada kerja nak buat yang masih pending seperti

• maintenance rumah mcm biasa..

Most probably 1/5/2015 pulang ke Ipoh..

Heart appt

28/4/2015 ni ada appt dengan cardio, date ni clash pulak dengan mtg, to call doct to bring forward otr postpone the next day.

Hopefully my heart and stent function are k...

Have to take care of the followings:

• diet
• exercise
• medicines intake
• spirit

InsyaALLAH and hope God makes me healthier and i be better than before...

Site meeting will be on the 28th april 2015 and my issues are as below:

1. appointment of UDS company for mapping of HT cables for TNB application of permit to JKR and for the cabling to TNB sub for the permanent supply.
2. Testing of equipments using temporary supply, gen set
3. Shop drawings for HT and LT works.

smlm my son coming from kl to visit me in s petani just for one day, today going back to kl. Hopefully he can come again after this, whenever he is free and sem break..

• testing
• overhead crane/mobile crane
• installation of emergency gate and accessories
• interfacing and electrical works
• other matters

interfacing works got to be completed before electrical works can be done, interfacing works such as

• tower walls and plastering
• staging/scaffolding

morning ada meeting discussing about site progress and issues, Start meeting 9.30 am and finished @ 11.30 am. A lot of catching up work got to be done by CWEM and hopefully they can do it.

back to work

insha'ALLAH will be back to work today and will normalize everything back....must remember be cool and not to push too hard....must adjust accordingly.

Hope my heart and the stents will work well and i do not have to rely on medicine for so long. Need to buy cardio equipments for my exercise.
