masuk kerja semula

inshaaALLAH will get back to work tomorrow, 14/4/2015
so far feel k, only got to adjust my breathing sometimes, because sometimes feel need to breath more than usual.

perkara2 yang saya kena disiplin dan buat selalu/konsisten


  • kena xercise at least 150 minutes per week untuk kuatkan jantung saya dan kawal kolestrol terkumpul lagi.
  • kena diet (Mediterranean or chinese/japs diet)
  • kena makan ubat yang di beri ikut jadual x berhenti nanti atas arahan doctor.
  • jgn stress dan depress
