gi Metro specialist for my normal check up regarding about my stenting that was placed in MARCH 2015, cardio asked whether i am k or not, i told him not that k since i even can't do lite works and also not comfortable, something wrong , it cant be like that, supposed to be for heavy works only not feeling comfortable.
As usual doctor checked and proceed with angiogram to find the exact cause, found that the stents not responding well and since it is localised also contribute some effect to the efficiency.
Cardiologist said stent cant be repaired or added, the only option left is CABG.. Cardiologist arranging with his surgeon friends to do this procedure, 1st option is at Gleneagles specialist and 2nd option is at Loh Guan Lye specialist. 1st option got to be KIV because OT not available and early date for op cannot be obtained. 2nd option , to arrange op at Loh Guan Lye specialist under Dato Dr Mohd Hamzah...
Was transferred from Metro to Loh GL and was admitted there for 2 days.. Dato came and visited me, explained about the procedure and the arrangement he is working on. He tried to do ASAP and depends on the availability of the OT room. Due to the no of cases,OT not available for my op and Dato planned to transfer me to Penang GH and perform the op there.

Was transferred from LGL to Penang GH, ward A1, Cardio thorasic. Admitted and prepared for the op which is imminent , pending Dato confrimation on the date and time only.
Dato confirmed op will be 7/9/2015 first thing in the morning..

The op taken place, took 10 hours due to some complication, anyway Alhamdulillah, successful. Transferred to ICU for 1 day then transferred to recovery ward , ward A1 the next day. Was treated there for 1 week, for my cut, conditions, infections and so on.

Alhamdulillah was discharged and now treating my wound at my house using modern medicine and alternative med. My alternative med is just taking vitamins and consume exotic fishes which is believed to have healing properties on treating wound internally..
RECOVERY
to fully recover until i can do normal activities will easily take minimum of 4 months as per advised by doctors and physio.
the main target now is to clear all wounds and to do whatever theraphy they thought, take care my med and my diet...
about work , i can still operate remotely using email and other applications, not a problem on this furthermore most of my main tasks have been completed excepet TNB perma supply.
Overall my wife has taken me very well and my wounds seem to heal quite fast....
FOLLOW UP APPOINTMENTS
1st follow up was on the 20th, just to check my wounds and normal check up
2nd appointment - 5/10/2015
3rd appointment - 28/10/2015
will transfer this follow up, once my cardiologist comes back from Hajj..
CONCLUSION
even though the CABG was successful, it was a painful experience, my advise do your routine yearly check up and take care your health the best to your abilities. To those above 40 do your heart test , the full one, ECG, Stress, Echo and so on then only we will know the condition of our heart. Don't take for granted since its the silence no 1 ,killer disease.
